What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness In A Hypertensive Person?
I have been having dizziness for a while now, I have HTN and checking my BP its been around 111/80 or 128/80 and pulse rate 53 or 73 which for me is good. Also when I sit for long periods of time or bend over and bend down cleaning the floors I get the strangous feeling and SOB and extreme dizziness. I have to wait for it to pass before I can get up. And my balance is off, I can be standing and then start lending to the right or left and walking feel like walking to the right or left instead of walking straight. My weight went exteme to 270lbs following spinal surgery in 2010. I have recently changed my diet the last several months and have lost 30lbs eating good food instead of fast or boxed food. The dizziness and balance is getting worst.
shortness of breath and dizziness may be due to imbalance diet because you changed your diet plan for weight loss which also can effect your body that time.you should take proper diet and also plenty of fluids.all symptoms are not always because of any medical condition or disease but also may be poor diet and our life style.first you should eat properly and take plenty of fluids properly and do exercise or walking in morning daily atleast for 1 hour .it help to prevent blood pressure and help to weight maintain and keep away from any disease.do breathing exercise too.avoid sleep in day time.
