What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness?

Slow heart beat 46-52 at rest. Blood Oxygen 95-98. Shortness of breath and slight dizziness. Was checked out for stroke (negative) at ER 2 days ago. Had extensive bloodwork including Triponin, Echocardiogram, EKG, CT scan of head. Take daily med totals of Clonodine 0.6, Lisinipril 40mg, Nyfedical 60mg, Metoprol 25mg, Furosemide as needed for Edema, Lorazapam as needed for Anxiety. Had Cerebral Anuerysm 12 years ago, Quadruple Cardiac Bypass 7 years ago. Tonsellectomy at age 16. I am 64 years old,, 5 10 , 240 lbs. Any ideas?

you are getting hypotensive, and also can be due to some pathology of lungs. Do a X-ray. And since you have a history of cerebral aneurysm and cardiac bypass surgeries, so, it’s better to get do an angiogram to rule out any further blockage or thrombosis.
