What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness?

I have been experiencing shortness of breath & dizziness daily for almost 2 weeks now..I still take walks during my breaks & lunch...but it s getting tougher.... I had 2 occasions in the last 2 weeks where my blood pressure was 90ish or 50ish (I am on high blood pressure medicine.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your blood pressure readings are suggestive of hypotension. And this is not a good thing. Your other symptoms like dizziness, breathlessness with hypotension are more suggestive of heart failure. So better to consult a cardiologist and get done blood pressure monitoring, ECG, 2D echo and stress test (trade mill test). You may need to change the blood pressure medicines and other cardiac supportive drugs.
