Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Medical abortion will not cause any shortness of breath and dry throat as a side effect. It is likely due to allergy to some other component like dust etc or can be due to respiratory tract infection. I will suggest you to consult a physician for proper examination and treatment accordingly. Chest X Ray should be done to confirm the diagnosis. Hope you found the answer helpful.
