What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Excessive Sweating?

Hello. I am age 70, been having shortness of breath, sweating when doing anything, feels like a lump in lower throat, and pulse ranges all the time between 90 to 115. Cardiologist says all is ok,except pulse. Blood pressure is a little high sometimes.
