What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Frequent Lung Infections?

Recently, I have been short of breath. Even going to the grocery store or to the bathroom causes me to huff and puff. I have never smoked, not even weed. I take no illicit drugs, though I do drink spirits. I do not engage in high risk activities (tattoos, piercings, prostitutes, self-injections, etc.) My heart is healthy, though I have a small case of hypertension and high cholesterol, for which I take medicine. I have no spleen. I am not overweight, and do not work or play in a dusty environment. I have a chronic runny nose due to sensitivity to mold spore. Last time I had my lung function tested (four years ago), I blew a 103%. If my lungs get even the slightest chill, they immediately start filling up with mucous.
