What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Muscle Weakness While On Plaquenil?

ive been taking plaquniel for a month, they wanted me to take it twice a day but i only take it at bedtime. i feel more pain now with the arthritis than when i started.i have frequent s.o.b, muscle weakness, profuse sweating, dizziness, and it feels like my muscles are being stretched from the inside. i want to just stop. i was trying to give it a chance to work. will it be harmful to just stop?

We have to rule out possible causes like stroke or TIA. As of now consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI scan.
