General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get a chest X-ray to rule out pneumothorax or pulmonary infarction. Also clotting profile and blood counts may be needed for any bleeding disorder. These symptoms shouldn't be ignored without proper work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin
