Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The problems what your mother is facing needs proper evaluation pertaing to cardiac pathology. Kindly get the following investigations done:
1. Blood pressure check-up.
2. Electrocardiogram (ECG).
3. 2 D Echocardiogram with Doppler studies.
Any abnormality detected in these investigation needs to be treated on consultation with Cardiologist.
If there is no abnormality in cardia, then her symptoms could be due to anaemia. Kindly get her blood checked up for Complete Hemogram.
If the hemoglobin level is less, she needs to be supplemented with iron, folic acid and Vitamin B12 along with regular intake of iron rich foods.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
