Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is important performing some tests to investigate for the possible causes underlying your symptomatology: a cardiac issue, gastro-esophageal reflux, a hiatal hernia, or a lung disorder.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing some tests:
-a resting ECG and a cardiac ultrasound - a chest X ray study and pulmonary function tests - complete blood count - an exercise cardiac stress test for possible coronary artery disease - an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring to investigate for possible cardiac arrhythmia.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
