Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
In my opinion, you are mostly having bronchitis.
Viral infection is the most common cause for bronchitis.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
It will also tell you about severity of the disease.
And treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You should drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Avoid oily and spicy food. Start antihistamines and anti inflammatory drugs.
Inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid are also needed.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
