What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Sticky Dry Throat?

Hi my name is pradeep mishra, i am suffering from short breath as it always seems to be with me when i am siting ideal or walking , but when sleeping then there is nothing as such also it seems that there si something in my thorat always it is always sticky dry and always need to clear. saw an ENt they sais it is acute Lyrngistis byt now there si nothing but still it feels it happeneds me earlier also 10 years back, but i was in an area where it was cyclone so doctow told me it may be due to that sometimes doctor tell may be it is for Acid reflux, did MRI and CT and other test but nothing came out some say it is just anxioty , pls advise

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query shortness of breath alog with dry itchy throart is due to excessive formation of bile which is leading to acid reflux. This is commonest cause of chest pain as well Need not to worry about it. You should avoid use of cold carbonated beverages You should take combination of antacid and proton pump inhibitors such as domperdone and omeprazole. Avoid oily, spicy and sharp food. Take diet rich in multivitamins. You should visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription. You should take small frequent meals and avoid taking large meals. Get barium swallow test done. You should do walk and excercise daily.
