What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Tingling In The Arms?

My PCP diagnosed me with panic attacks after ruling out physical causes (checked heart, lungs, etc.) I stopped taking my Valsartan for blood pressure began using only water pills. No attacks in 4 months. Suddenly they have started again...shortness of breath tingling in my arms, weight on my chest, dizziness and now headache too. Could there be a physical cause as opposed to mental. Why now? I ve 55 and most life s obstacles are behind me.
