What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Tingling Sensation In The Chest?

HI I tend to notice I often have shortness of breath Yes I do smoke but I run around crazy at work but I also noticed many times when I cough I feel tingling feeling and sometimes when I go to take a cleansing breath I feel the same or tend to feel a bit funny so to speak and my father died od heart issues fairly early

I would recommend a complete and elaborate cardiac profile to be conducted including cardiac markers, blood coagulation profile, chest x ray, treadmill test, EKG, blood pressure monitoring, pulse, etc.

As you have a positive family history of cardiac conditions in your family, you will have to be extra diligent and get yourself regularly monitored.
