What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Unsteady Gait After A Stroke?

hi my mum has had a stroke and dose not seem to be getting better is having shortness of breath and is very wobble on her legs I wonder if is to do with her medications. she is on a lot isosorbide mononitrate. 60mg/digoxin62.25/omeprazole. 20mg/allopurinol 300mg./metformin. 500mg/ levothyroxine. 50mg/spironolactone. 25mg /frusemide. 40mg/ she also has blurred vision it has been 1month now thankyou for your input
