What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Wheezing?

Hi. I have been having shortness of breath, get winded easily and wheezing. Been going on for about a month or so. I m usually tired but that is normal for me. I do smoke but usually when i drink(twice a week). I feel somewhat better when I take albuterol. Should I be concerned?
