What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Dizziness And Nausea?

I pulled a muscle Thursday night lifting, have been having spasms that take my breath .Last night in sleep, right hand was cramping, had to use left hand to open it, Trying to stretch either leg caused leg cramping. Today experiencing shortness of breath, dizziness and nausea. Right arm has lifted twice on it s own. I have been taking ibuprofen. I also take Lipitor, and Lisinopril. Also have a boil/lump on back near sight of strain.

-use an anti inflammatory cream for local relief
