What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Impotence, Low Libido And Chest Pain Post Operation?

I am a 55 yo male and had chest pain and cardiac cath which revealed 95% blockage before the left anterior descending. I did well until recently six months postop and medication was changed from and ACE to an ARB. I am now having shortness of breath, impotence, low libido and some chest pain. All my labs have been fine.
