What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Nausea And Chest Pain?

I was in the hospital for 2 days to be evaluated after an episode of foggy vision that lasted about 45 minutes. I also had an achy chest. I had blood drawn every 6 hrs, a stress test, head and neck ct scans, chest x Ray, an echo cardio gram, and a brain MRI. All of these came back ok. I have been home 2 days. I now have chest pain, shortness of breath and nausea. Is there another possible explanation or should I go back to the hospital?
