What Causes Shortness Of Breath , Nausea And Vomiting?

Hi - My father has the following symptoms- shortness of breath, general weakness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting several times a day, shaking, headache, soreness in all muscles. He was brought to emergency and kept in hospital for 10 days for tests. Diagnosed with liver cancer but refuses a biopsy so he was released from hospital. Three days after his release his symptoms are getting worse day by day. Is he in his final days, weeks, or months?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have shortness of breath , nausea and vomiting . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query anxiety disorder , panic attack , peptic ulcer , heart rhythm disorder , drug overdose , allergic reaction or anemia .I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper diagnosis . Doctor will take history . Doctor may prescribe anti aallergiv drug along with antiemetic . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist in case of cardiac disorder or psychologist in case of stress and anxiety . Fornow tale over the counter anti histamine like benadryl .
