lately I have been feeling highly fatigued...everything is an extreme push! I am a 57 year old women in pretty good shape. I exercise 4+ times/week and walk daily. For the past 4-5 days I ve had diarrhea and for the past week or so, I ve been short of breath. Today, I had an appt. with my chiropractor for physical therapy, and adjustment, & electrical stem treatment. When I left the office and was driving away, I was incredibly short of breath, my fingers and toes felt numb, and felt dizzy. I chalked it up to needing something to eat. I drug myself into the restaurant(feeling like I might pass out first), ordered, and ate. Thought I felt better, but when driving to my next stop, again felt short of breath, numb, rapid heart rate, nauseated. I barely made it into the next place of business and was given a chair to immediately sit down, water, and juice, I sat for a good hour, then drove home. Now I m on the couch!
