What Causes Shortness Of Breath Suddenly?

I am 47 yrs old lady stopped smoking 8 months ago. I had 2 spirimeter reading that came back normal , chest x Ray normal . I hAve gastritis and I take med for it . Recently had abdominal scan all clear. I hAve shortness of breath at times and I feel like I am breAthing heavy. And threw a straw. I also have map with a small leak no meds are required. Have any ideas?

Get an ECG and ECHO to rule out heart disease. Gastritis can also cause shortness of breath. Take antacids, PPI drugs line Pantoprazole and aid oily, spicy, junk food, smoking and alcohol.
