What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Sweating, Weakness And Lightheadedness?

Have been having shortness of breath, no energy, lightheadedness, sweating, higher triglycerides, and seem to need a lot of water. I have had chemical stress test and echo cardiogram with no issues in either test. Do you have any idea what might be wrong or what I should be looking at next? Thank you

Hello, I advise you to get your fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar done. check out if there is raise in your blood sugar. Don't get stressed out. Keep yourself calm. If your allergic to some food substance like peanuts or any other, which you have observed, kindly avoid it.
