What Causes Shortness Of Breath Upon Lifting The Arms?

I had a mild heart attack about 2 months ago. Now when I use my arms a lot or lifting items I seem to get shortness of breath and tired really fast. It wasn t like this when I first had the attack. Seems to be getting worse as time goes on. Is this normal during recovery?

"As"per your clinical history is concerned your present problem is not due to heart related so do a clinical examination by your treating doctor and if every thing is right then take [iron and b complex caps] regularly.
