What Causes Shortness Of Breath Upon Light Exertion And Insomnia?
I find myself dropping things much more often than I think I should be. I m 49 year old female. Another thing I have noticed is that I can t seem to get enough sleep and I get really winded just from walking up 1 flight of steps. I know I would feel better if I could drop 30 pounds and I m working on that but it s a very slow process.

Heavy breating could be due to over eating, lung problem like bronchitis or coronary insufficency /side effects of some medicines
Each cause needs to be confirmed before treatment plan.
Pl. consult a physician &get speific treatment.
Before that... take reat/take tab. Derriphyllin over the the counter after food.
