What Causes Shortness Of Breath When Bending Down Or Climbing Stairs?
im a 60 year old female experiancing shortness of breath when bending down, climbing stairs, and general excursion. i take lisinopril, atorvorastan, and escitalapran. For sleeping I use a tablet tha has a combination of valerian, chamomile, and Melatonin .No alcohol or cigarettes.

It can be a sign of reduced pumping action of heart and known as dyspnoea on exertion(DOE).
Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. An echo test is required to make a diagnosis.
