What Causes Shortness Of Breath While Suffering From RBBB?

I have RBBB which was diagnosed in my early 40 s. I am now 54. In the past year, I have had episodes of not being able to catch my breath (being short of breath) when lying on my right side. When I change to lay on my left side, or if I sit up, I can then get a full breath. I have also had some episodes of the same shortness of breath when reclining partially in a chair. I only get a full breath when I then sit forward. Is this related to my RBBB, and should I be concerned?
