What Causes Shortness Of Breath With Chest Pain?

Hi I am nafis I am 19years old.a few days ago i am attacked with fever.I take medicine then free from fever .suddenly that night I fee shortbreathing and pain in my left chest sometimes nick and back but I take gastritis medicine but the problem continue as well as.at the time I perceived by a doctor he advise me chast x ray and ECG but both are normal.now what can I do.oh I forget my wight is 53 hight 5.7 .my family member no one has heart problem.I also forget to say I am professional footballer.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be suggestive of some allergic condition and that might have caused the bronchial spasm that could be the reason for the symptoms that you had, when other tests are unremarkable second it could be due to stress and anxiety, last but least it may be due to hyperacidity over all it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
