What Causes Shortness Of Breath, fatigue And Sinus Pressure?
Shortness of breath even in small things,Confusion/with brain fog,Talking randomly but not making any sense,Fatigue, hard to get up in the morning, stay awake medicine no longer working(or so it seems)Sinus pressure pain below my eyes, with no infection Recurring chest pain and nausea Body(mostly upper) feels tight often + more
Your symptoms may be due to anxiety or depression mainly. To some extent the symptoms may be related to acidity also. An antacid like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole may help in relieving the symptoms of acidity. Some anxiolytic and/or anti-depressive drug will help you in resolving your symptoms. If symptoms persist, you are advised to consult a psychiatrist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
