What Causes Shortness Of Breath, swelling And Soreness In Throat?

I went to urgent care two months ago and they told me I had bronchitis. They gave me antibiotics and inhaler. Still having problems, so went to my pcp and she gave me a nasal spray and Asmanex inhaler. I do not know if this is the right treatment for what I have. My symptoms are shortness if breath, mucus in thoart, and feeling like thoart is swollen but not sore. What do you think?

Mucous in throat, feeling of lump/swollen throat could be due to chronic post nasal drip secondary to chronic sinusitis.Chronic pharyngitis, stones in tonsils, reflux disease can also present as lump like feeling in throat.Shortness of breath could be due to anxiety, bronchial asthma(usually past history will be positive),bronchitis. If your symptoms are getting relived by the nasal spray and inhalers then it is likely that you have sinus infections and bronchitis or asthma.
