What Causes Shoulder And Back Pain After A Dislocation?

my shoulder joint was dislocated two months back, for which I got treatment from orthosurgoen, in about 21 days the joint located to its position by natural healing. but now after around two months i am facing immense pain in shoulder,back,and theis for which I have consulted many times to my doctor and getting some painkillers but not getting releif and the root cause of the problem. so kindly help me.
