What Causes Shoulder And Elbow Joint Pain?

I have been suffering from back pain for about 1 1/2 years. Recently (about 2-3 months ago) I have started having pains in other areas - starting with shouler, then my left heel, then in elbow joint (pain when I try to twist open a bottle or faucet etc), and lately I have arthritis like pain in my left fingers. I have gotten blood and urine tests done, back x-ray, chest x-ray, and they are all normal. Any ideas of what might be going on?
