Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your arm issue.

As per your history you only had a prick and blood drawn from your vain. Dirty needle may not be the cause, may be because of the posture of arm you kept post to the blood test, seems to me the main cause and yes, the pain can radiate to the neck too or arm posture can lead to neck pain too.

There is a chance of transient nerve injury too, during the blood is drawn but it will be fine of its own. You don't need to worry much. If there is much discomfort you need to take a muscle relaxant and analgesic combination to get rid of it.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further queries.
