What Causes Shoulder Blade And Chest Pain With Arms Tingling?

Hi I've had an ache under my left shoulder blade, and sharp pains travelling around my chest below my left breast.now it's moved to my right shoulder blade and the left one doors not feel so bad but I still get the intermittent pain on the left side of my chest approx 4-5 Times and week. I have been waking with pins and needles in both arms for much longer. My go says "it's mechanical" and take paracetamol and ibuprofen. I'd like a second opinion I have not had an injury which might have caused this and it really hurt the paracetamol and ibuprofen don't touch the pain. Please help.
