What Causes Shoulder Blade And Neck Pain With Heaviness In The Chest?

I had double bypass surgery in 2012 and the pain in my should blades and neck and heavy chest is what sent me to the Er now having pain in shoulder blades again and had a sharp pain in left side chest in the night but it passed. could it be my heart again?

Hi,

Yes, you should definitely rush to the emergency room because your symptoms are more suggestive of heart diseases. So consult a cardiologist and get done ECG, 2d echo and stress test (trade mill test). You may need angiography.
