What Causes Shoulder Blade, Back And Head Tingling With Soreness?

I get the weirdest tingling (burning) sensation between my shoulder blades and down the right side of my back. Last week I also felt it below my eyes on my cheek bones. It felt almost sore. I even experience this tingling (burning) on the right side and back of my head. I noticed this week that if I sit with the left side of my body perched up higher (with a pillow) than my right side, I feel NORMAL! Not sure what's going on. Pinched nerve somewhere maybe?
