What Causes Shoulder Blade Pain With Swelling?

For the last 36 hours I've been having severe pain in left shoulder blade. Nothing i do comforts it. I feel like crying, i can't even sleep. And I noticed there a lump or its extremely swollen right where its been hurting at. PLEASE PLEASE PASS help me
