What Causes Shoulder Pain After Arthroscopy?

I had surgery on april 16th for an inpingement in my left should that also had a bone spur. Arthroscopy was performed and a labral, and rotator cuff tear was found as well. labrum was torn anteriorly from 12" to 6" and a heated prob was used to "shrink" the capsule. Rotator cuff was partial torn and was just smoothed out. I am still having pain in my shoulder and my shoulder can be moved anteriorly which hurts alot. my dr acts like nothing is wrong, and ignores what i say. I have also got 3 different explanations from him and his staff about what procedures were performed during surgery.
