General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

In absence of blood clot, keeping in view the history of surgery with lymph node removal, prime suspicious comes to the development of antibodies to particular tissue factor hampering the micro circulation which may not be detectable as thrombi in all instances.

A detailed case evaluation with physical exam, supportive lab tests are mandatory over and above the clot analysis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
