What Causes Shoulder Pain In Case Of Bone Tuberculosis?

Hi, My name is avinash , my age is 26 yrs, I m suffering from bone tuberculosis, One year ago my knees has been operated because of this after that the treatment goes , i have never stopped medicines, but now after one year again I m getting the same problem on my shoulders joint, why it's repeated. Is it curable if yes then what I need to do, I am in a consult of a good doctor in ahmedabad here.Please advise I m very much scared and I don't afford this any more as well.
