What Causes Shoulder Pain Long After Shoulder Trauma?
I injured my right shoulder, dislocation with fractured humerus. 6 months later got a second opinion Dr discovered small rotator cuff tear during surgery. Its been a year and three months since the accident and I still have problems with my shoulder should I have it looked at again

The persistent pain after shoulder trauma may be involving ligament tear or poor healing after injury involving Rotator cuff region. A repeat MRI evaluation is a must for the final diagnosis at this stage and comparison with the previous one will depict the level of healing status of the ligaments and tendons involved in the traumatic event.
