What Causes Shoulder Pain While Lifting Up The Arms?

Having trouble lifting my arms above my shoulders. My shoulders feel sore and ache all the time. My feet are also feel tender and sore sometimes. Feeling tired most of the time now. Just went into the clinic to get a blood test and the clinic ruled our diabetes and lymes disease.

The pain you have are due to athritis of the joints. This is inflammation of the joint. this may be single or multiple joints. it may start with small and progress to big joints.
The tests to do
1. Full haemogram + EAR. this is raised in athritis
2. Rheumatoid factor Positive if due to rheumatoid arthritis
3. Calcium level .low calcium can cause osteoporosis espeecialy in women
4 X ray of the joint to look at the none destruction
Treatment.
1 PAIN relievers Brufen. Declofenac.
2. Steroids such as predineslone
3Vit c and D. if calcium level is now
4. physiotherapy to make the joint more flexible
Consultrheumatologist if no inprovement bored
