What Causes Shoulder Pain While Suffering From Lung Cancer And Shingles?

my husband has lung cancer stage 3a. he is taking chemo , he also has shingles & terrible pain in tight shoulder. His feet is swelled a lot today. What causes the swelling? Yhe cancer is in upper part of right lung, is that what is causing the pain in shoulder?

The pain in his shoulder it’s one of the symptoms of the lung cancer. The swelling it’s other symptoms too.If the chemotherapy will be effective than those symptoms will despair.
