What Causes Shoulder Pain While Walking?

Hi I feel pain in my left shoulder around the cuff area after walking for about 5 mins, its as if there is an extra flow of blood sensation. No previous injury or issue with my shoulder. By the end of the walk about 30 min I feel it again similar sensation as if the blood flow is pumping thru.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to muscular spasm and this can be relieved with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
