What Causes Shoulder Vibrations Post A Paralysis Attack?

I am 54 years old. Last 2nd of january 2014, I had paralysis attack. But now I can do my daily routine work self . But I still feel weakness and there is a vibration behind my left shoulder. I don't know why this is happening.... will you help me please helo me.....
