What Causes Shrinkage Of Skin Around The Penis Glans In An Elderly Man?
i am an uncircumcised male 64 years old i do not have any type of intercourse with any sex. i have been experiencing shrinkage of the skin around the glans and extremely painful pulling back of the skin to urinate there seems to be some sort of cheesey buildup even though i clean myself thoroughly at least twice a day could this be a yeast infection? What would be the treatment if so? what do you suggest? is there any free advice?

Probably an infection called balanitis which requires some antibiotics. You should see your doctor for a swap to be sent for culture.
