What Causes Shrinking And Hardening Of Testicles?

Hi,im 16 years old my left testicle is shrinking . This shrinkage started 1year ago and my testis is hard like a rock and shinked to very small size ... is that a problem caused by masturbation...im scared what should i do. .. and my right testicle also started hardening

Noted your history of your age as 16 years old and your left testicle is shrinking . And now your right testicle also started hardening.

This is a really serious matter. It is possible there is some problem with blood supply, or you might have suffered from mumps that can cause these changes or something that has to he investigated well.
Another possibility is that they may be normal but your perception might have been wrong.
tests of semen
I would advise you the following:
First all to get your ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the testes.
Clinical evaluation and actual examination by an Urologist.
Tests of the blood and particularly for Blood testosterone are very important.
The treatment will depend upon findings on these tests and the clinicla examination.
This can not be caused by Masturbation.
