What Causes Sickness, Abdominal Pain And Patches On Throat?

My boyfriend is sick and he has massive abdominal pain, its hard to poop but said it looks like sand, he s throwing up stomach acid, his throat is really swollen, and he has deep red pathches on his throat. Do you have any idea on what this could be? He is in a lot of pain. The abdominal pains are making him cry. He said its also hard to swallow.

dear probably he may be suffering from multiple ulcers over mouth under perianal area. also suffering from peptic ulcer disease.

possible causes like 1.GERDwith reflux with erosion
2.pharygitis with ulceration

3.bechets syndrome

4.CMV or candidiasis

5.appendicitis or stones

please consult your doctor he will do ultrasound abdomen, upper GI scopy and treat you accordingly.use soft diet, avoid spicy food and alcohol.
