should i be feeling sick and dizzy 5 days after having a laparoscopy for cyst and endomitrosis removal

I had a muscleskelton reaction to the anasetic and i have lupus

i can drink but i can't eat anything due to feeling sick. I'm 33, 5' 8" and weigh 9stone 11
