What Causes Sickness And Vomiting During Menstrual Cycle?

Hello, My girl friend is on her period since 6/30/2015. Today is her second day on her period but she feels sick and she is throwing up foam and she feels as her stomach is going through knots since 5 p.m till now which is almost 11 p.m. I would like to know what causing it and what should i do?

This occurs in some females due to uterine cramps (spasms of uterine muscles) during menstruation. Some females are able to tolerate it, while others end up with stomach ache and sometimes nausea and vomiting.
She can take spasm reliever drug 'Mepthal-spas' to effectively overcome this during such intolerable episodes.
